This machine will be shipped in two packages, gantry and base. The gantry is attached to the base with four screws on each side of the machine, the cable on the upright legs of the gantry are plugged into the connector at the bottom of the base on the cross bar.

This machine comes with a standard USB communication port with an option to upgrade to a Parallel port. The controls are very simple, a On/Off switch provides power to the system where the Start and Stop switch activates the motor drive power.

CNC Linear FEATURES

All the ball screws and linear bearings are sealed with grease fittings for periodic lubrication. The Y and Z axis are also enclosed to prevent dust penetration.

The aluminum extrusions for the X axis are also used for air and vacuum tanks for ease of connecting the appropriate hardware. The Z axis also has extrusions on it's axis for ease of attaching air supply nozzle, dust collection head and other hardware.
